A remand prisoner escaped from the custody while he was being presented in the family court here on Sunday.According to the Maldives police, Mohamed Mujuthaba, 25, of Ma.Aafalhuge was the prime accused in the theft and drug cases.On Sunday he was presented in family court for divorce case while he escaped from there jumping through the window.According to the police Mujthaba is high profile criminal who is dangerous.Last time he was arrested with 3.84kg drugs and sentenced for 25 years in jail.A search for Mujthaba has been started by the police.
