miadhuMore than 400 Bangladesh workers on Saturday evening converged at Artificial Beach and held a demonstration calling on the government to expedite their deportation.
One of the demonstrators told Miadhu Daily, that they remaining in hiding handed themselves over to the government, as the government promised to send then back to their native country. He said they had given up their jobs in order to hand themselves over to government authorities and long delays in the deportation means huge loses. He also said they had no money to eat as they no longer work and called on the government to send them back to their without delay as promised. more....
